Project Status: Submitted
21-29 Fernboro Street, Dorchester, MA
The proposed housing design is to develop twelve (12) affordable homeownership units, with six (6) of such units reserved for households earning at 80% AMI, and six (6) of such units reserved for households earning at 100% AMI. The remaining units of the project consist of six (6) market-rate units, eighteen (18) covered parking spaces, and fifteen (15) bike spaces.
